I never met Maria in person

But we’ve developed a unique friendship with loads of camaraderie. A few years ago, I met her in a virtual coaching class. Since then, we have exchanged ideas and supported each other’s mutual professional journeys.

I know that Maria is an impactful and caring coach. I still have to meet her someday. Maybe in Athens around a table of Greek mezze.

About Maria

Maria is a Trauma-Informed Coach and Mental Health Expert who supports individuals, parents, and families through significant life transitions. She provides a safe space to process experiences, recognize strengths, and build resilience, empowering her clients to embrace their next chapter in life with confidence and clarity

I strive to create lasting, meaningful change in the well-being
of individuals and the communities that support them.

Trauma-Informed Coaching

A medical diagnosis or traumatic experience—whether your own or that of a loved one—can impact every aspect of life.

I believe resilience is shaped not only by individual strength but also by the environment and support systems surrounding a person.

My coaching approach reflects this holistic understanding, drawing on a wide range of tools and strategies designed to help you thrive despite the adversities you may face.

Parental Coaching

Motherhood can have a profound impact on both women and couples. The joy of building a family is often woven with feelings of anxiety and overwhelm.

Whether you're preparing for the arrival of your child, navigating the early stages of parenthood, or balancing the challenges of work and caregiving, coaching can provide the support you need to handle these changes with confidence.

I offer parents a safe space to explore the emotional, mental, and practical aspects of parenthood while building the resilience and community needed to thrive.

and a LITTLE MORE about Maria

Maria loves all things water—scuba diving, swimming in the mediterranean sea, wakeboarding, sunbathing, and sailing with her husband and son. She occasionally trades water for land on long hikes and walks, mostly to keep her water-resistant dog happy. A passionate advocate, Maria volunteers with NGOs supporting mental health initiatives for young people and families affected by rare pediatric diseases.
