This year wasn’t about giant leaps or overnight success but the steady, deliberate daily growth of 1%. Whether it was showing up, learning something new, or pushing a boundary just slightly, the cumulative power of small, consistent actions defined my 2024.

Every conversation, workshop, and project this year was a step forward—a reminder that even the slightest progress, when compounded, leads to transformative results. Many days were simple efforts to stay focused when people, places, and things were being destroyed.

Here’s to embracing the philosophy of incremental growth. 1% daily is not just a number—it’s a mindset and a commitment.
