Tuesdays with Tony: New year, new playbook

Marhaba,

A new year means new possibilities, fresh energy, and the perfect chance to level up. It’s not just about setting resolutions—it’s about taking real action, embracing change, and building momentum for success. This year, let’s challenge ourselves to think bigger, push further, and realize our ambitions.

Deep Dive DardaChāt: The AI podcast

I’m thrilled to share with you Deep Dive DardaChāt. 🎙️ This podcast is powered by NotebookLM's AI-driven hosts, who dive deep into the lessons, stories, and ideas I’ve written about.

In each episode, Hala and Rami, your AI hosts, discuss key insights, challenge ideas, and offer fresh perspectives while keeping it fun and engaging. And yes, they make mistakes and occasionally misinterpret what they have "read." I'm keeping these imperfections. No one is perfect, not even AI.

👉 Tune in, get inspired, and join the conversation. Stay ahead with deep discussions that push boundaries! Check it out!

Father-son retreat

This retreat wasn’t about grand gestures or big speeches but about presence, connection, and stepping away from the daily rush to focus on what matters. Fathers connected with their sons as they built their airplanes. They connected with other fathers, not over cars, cigars, or work. Fatherhood was center stage.

I'll offer it again and share the details with you in due time.

The Network in Rio (di Saudi)

I was privileged to take the stage in Riyadh at the The Network event, Saudi Arabia’s newly established business networking group, where professionals, startups, and SMEs connect, collaborate, and grow. The collective minds, experiences, and energies were humbling. Discussions were insightful, bold, and honest. Check them out at The Network and with Tatiana.

Standing in line, standing with hope

On my way to Riyadh, standing in line at Beirut Airport, I noticed something different. It felt different.

The line was long—the longest I've seen—something wasn’t working, and delays were inevitable. But no one was frustrated or complaining. Instead, there was a quiet sense of patience, camaraderie, and even calmness.

It wasn’t because everything was perfect—far from it. It was because, for the first time in a long time, something just felt right. People weren’t just waiting in line; they were standing with hope—hope that things would get better, that movement meant progress, and that life rebuilds itself even after everything that happened to us or by us.

Nation-building persists, and I continue enjoying the ride.
